Online platform for the EU project
For the EU project ENERQI the conception, design and programming of the online platform was carried out. This platform, was ment to find public transport users that would convey their experiences with various public transport modes and to evaluate them. Passengers were required to continuouslychecktheir assigned bus, tram and train lines and answer questions on various quality indicators (cleanliness, driving style, timeliness, etc.). Building on these results measures to improve the quality of public transport were defined and implemented.
